Ashley Monroe

Ashley Monroe is a country music singer and songwriter from America. The group she formed with Ashley Monroe known as Pistol Annies, with Angaleena presley and Miranda Lambert in 2007, before releasing her second Album titled Like a Rose. Ashley Monroe has been in public service for more than 15 years. She was five of those years as deputy city manager in Iowa City. In her role as Assistant Village Director, she oversees The Community Development and Building Department. It includes the coordination of the grant application process and also completing specific projects. Ashley's job in Riverside is to aid in the day-to-day operations of the village's services and carry out the vision for strategic planning set out by elected officials. Ashley's prior roles include the planning of municipal services, public communications, budgeting, personnel management as well as collective negotiations. The focus was also on actions to combat climate change.
